Our Team

The Oakhill Homes team will oversee your entire project from start to finish. Although they play no direct role in the actual construction of your home, they schedule and coordinate all design and construction processes, including the selection, hiring, and oversight of specialty trade contractors. They are responsible for obtaining all necessary permits, depending upon the contractual arrangements, and direct or monitor compliance with building and safety codes and other regulations. In essence, they coordinate and supervise the construction process from your dream through to final construction, making sure that the project gets done on time and within budget.
